Delete Your TapWorks Account
We respect your right to control your data. This page explains what happens when you permanently delete your TapWorks account and lets you request deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
- ✓ Your public TapWorks profile and all its content
- ✓ Custom buttons, portfolio images, and lead capture forms
- ✓ NFC card assignments and NFC product links
- ✓ All leads collected through your profile
- ✓ Appointments and calendar data
- ✓ Analytics data linked to your account
- ✓ Feedback and reviews about your profile
- ✓ Payment verification requests and proof-of-payment references
- ✓ Your active subscription (entitlement ends immediately)
- ✓ Your ability to log in to TapWorks
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained for legitimate business, accounting, or legal purposes. These records are anonymized — your name and user ID are removed so they can no longer be linked to you.
- • Invoices and payment transactions — retained with user ID removed, for accounting records
- • Store orders — retained with user ID removed, for fulfillment records
- • Admin notes and activity logs — retained with your identity anonymized, for internal audit and security
- • Feedback you wrote about others — retained with your name changed to "Deleted User"
Retained records are not publicly visible and can only be accessed by authorized TapWorks administrators.
Request Deletion
To permanently delete your account, you need to log in first so we can verify your identity. This prevents anyone else from deleting your account without your permission.
TapWorks account deletion complies with Google Play Store data deletion requirements.
